Order cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, every customer of our e-shop has the right to cancel his order in writing within 15 days after receiving the ordered goods. Complaints are accepted and goods exchanged only if the delivered goods are returned undamaged, in the original undamaged packaging and together with the original invoice.

Galerija2 Bojan Novak s.p. respects your privacy and personal data collected through the registration form will be secured and will not be disclosed to any third person or used for any other purposes. We reserve the right to use your personal data exclusively for delivery purposes and to send you newsletters from our e-shop.

In order to prevent unauthorized access to these data and their disclosure, as well as to preserve their accuracy and ensure their proper use, we make use of adequate technical and organizational procedures to protect the data collected by Galerija2. In the collection and transfer of sensitive data we use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with a 128-bit encryption key . SSL encryption makes transferred data illegible to anyone except Galerija2. The SSL protocol also ensures the authenticity of the our e-shop.

Agreement to the collection and processing of personal data

By registering with our e-shop and accepting our General Conditions, the customer agrees that his personal data will be entered in the list of registered users and that they will we used exclusively for delivery purposes and to send newsletters from our e-shop.
